NotReallyIan, also known as NotReallyIan, is often near talented photographers by pure chance.

He has a deep love and passion for capturing the world around him through his overly expensive lenses, as if the spend is compensation for lack of raw talent or something.

Though he doesn't have a formal education or career in photography, NotReallyIan has randomly captured photos that appear as if he has an aptitude for composition and an eye for detail. But we all know that's a lie and the result of fantastic default filters painstakingly clicked through late at night.
 

Growing up, NotReallyIan was always drawn to photography. He spent hours not studying the works of the greats, sometimes learning about different techniques and equipment from Youtube and practicing on his own.

As an adult, he continues to delay honing his skills and takes free online courses and workshops to further his basic knowledge.

In his nonexistent free time, NotReallyIan can often be found out and about with his camera, capturing stunning landscapes, candid moments, and portraits, or just things that are standing around with nothing better to do but to be photographed.

He has never sold any of his prints to friends and family or displayed any of his work in galleries.

Though he doesn't make a living from his hobby, NotReallyIan finds immense joy and fulfillment in photography and is always eager to share his work with others. He considers HIMSELF a VERY!!!! humble artist who always seeks to improve and learn more.
